Akshay Kumar, who is originally called Rajiv Hari Om Bhatia, is born on 7 Sep. His family consists of his dad, mom and one sis and he is called RAJ at home and AKKI by his close mates. Though his filmi career is not upto the mark, he is widely known as Khiladi Kmar in the Bollywood for the kind of man that he is, for his life style, for his affairs with a lot of career girls almost in a way to break up in the end.

At 6'1", he looks handsome and keeps himself fit with a healthy stature but apart from his so called incapabilities in acting, he strives much harder in order to prove his mettle through a lot of hard work and determination. He rather seems to be lot more career - - oriented than the rest of the stars, the cause behind the effect being his flops at the box office.

He found a guide and a god father in "Keshu Ramsay" who all the time backs him in low times making one or two films to set him on the track again.
